Purolite® UCW5072, Low TOC Strong Base Anion Resin, OH Form is a gel type 1 strong base anion exchange resin specially cleaned for Ultra-Pure Water demands. Its narrow particle size distribution and dedicated UPW resin manufacturing process enables rapid rinse down and provides high operating capacity particularly at lower regeneration levels, where the effect of its superior regeneration efficiency is most marked. It is also less susceptible to organic fouling than are standard gel-type strong base anion resins. These factors combine to produce water of an ultrapure quality, offering special advantages when operating at high flow rates. UCW5072 in the hydroxide form is used as the anion component together with UCW9126 as cation component in ultrapure water working mixed beds (separable) comprised in UCW9964 mixed bed resin The specially tailored particle size ensures excellent separation of the exhausted mixed bed prior to regeneration.
