Synonyms
ADA17; ADAM 17; CD156b antigen; CSVP; TACE; TNF-alpha convertase; TNF-alpha-converting enzyme; a disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain 17; snake venom-like protease
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ADAM 17 around the phosphorylation site of Thr735.
Immunogen Range
701-750
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:20000
Specificity
ADAM 17 (Phospho-Thr735) Antibody detects endogenous levels of ADAM 17 only when phosphorylated at Thr735.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability
Stable at -20°C for at least 1 year.
