GATA4 (Phospho-Ser262) Antibody
Synonyms
DNA binding protein GATA-GT2; GAT4; GATA binding factor-4; GATA-4; Transcription factor GATA-4
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GATA4 around the phosphorylation site of Ser262.
Immunogen Range
228-277
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:5000
Specificity
GATA4 (Phospho-Ser262) Antibody detects endogenous levels of GATA4 only when phosphorylated at Ser262.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
