Product Name
ICAM-1 (Phospho-Tyr512) Antibody
Synonyms
Intercellular adhesion molecule 1; ICAM-1; Major group rhinovirus receptor; CD54; ICAM1
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human ICAM-1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr512.
Immunogen Range
479-528
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:40000
Specificity
ICAM-1 (Phospho-Tyr512) Antibody detects endogenous levels of ICAM-1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr512.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
