CELLvo? CM is a medium tested to support the proliferation ofhuman mesenchymal stem cells and used for the culture of avariety of adherent cell types.
Parts and Volumes: CELLvo? CM includes 500mL CM (basal) media,5mL antibiotic:antimycotic solution, and 50mL of fetal bovineserum.
Quality Testing for Consistency: Media components areindependently tested for performance based on supporting theproliferation and phenotype maintenance of human mesenchymal stemcells.
Instructions for use: CELLvo? CM basal media and reagents come inappropriate volumes to be combined for immediate use. Thesera are heat treated and ready for use. To combine, werecommend pipetting supplements into basal media. Close thebottle with the combined media, and mix thoroughly by invertingthe bottle several times. Once the basal media and reagentshave been combined, the media should be stored at 4C and has ashelf life of 1 month.
