Synonyms
H2A.X; H2AFX; H2a/x; HIST5-2AX; Histone H2A.X
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human Histone H2A.X around the phosphorylation site of Ser139.
Immunogen Range
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 ELISA: 1:10000
Specificity
Histone H2A.X (Phospho-Ser139) Antibody detects endogenous levels of H2AFX only when phosphorylated at Ser139.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
